1. General Provisions

These Terms of Purchase are formulated to standardize the transaction behavior between the platform and users, clarify the rights, obligations and transaction rules of both parties in the product purchase process, and ensure that all product transactions on the official website are carried out in a standardized, fair and transparent manner. These terms apply to all users who browse, select and purchase products through our official platform. By completing order placement and payment, users fully confirm that they have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all the contents of these Terms of Purchase, and voluntarily abide by all transaction rules stipulated in the terms.

2. Transaction Currency

The platform implements a unified settlement currency standard for all global transactions. All product pricing, order settlement, refund settlement and other fund transactions on the official website are uniformly denominated and settled in USD. There is no multi-currency conversion and price difference processing. All displayed product prices are the final transaction prices, which are transparent and unified for all global users.

3. Order Shipment Rules

After the user completes the order payment successfully, the platform will conduct a comprehensive review of the order information. After the order review is passed, we will complete the product packaging and shipment arrangement within 1 to 3 working days. We strictly abide by the order shipment sequence, ensure the timeliness of order processing, and avoid delayed shipment and order omission. All orders will be arranged for shipment in accordance with the standardized process to ensure the normal progress of product transactions.

4. Delivery Time Specification

After the official shipment of the order, the product will be delivered through stable global cross-border logistics channels, and the user can receive the purchased goods within 6 to 12 days. The delivery time is the conventional and stable cycle of platform logistics distribution, which is applicable to all ordinary orders of the platform. The platform does not set up additional accelerated distribution services, and all orders are delivered in accordance with the unified conventional logistics cycle standard.

5. Freight and Tariff Rules

The platform provides free global shipping services for all products, and all freight costs are borne by the platform independently. In the whole cross-border transaction and transportation process, all tariff fees and other official customs clearance expenses incurred by the products are fully borne by the platform. Users do not need to pay any additional fees and hidden costs in the whole transaction process, realizing zero extra cost for cross-border shopping.

6. Return and Refund Rules

In order to fully protect the legitimate consumption rights and interests of users, the platform implements a humanized after-sales return and refund mechanism. All products purchased on the platform support a 60-day return service. Within 60 days after the completion of the order, users can submit a return application through the official channel on the premise that the products meet the return standards of unused, intact packaging and no man-made damage. After we receive and verify the returned products to be compliant, we will complete the refund processing within 5 to 10 working days, and the full refund will be returned to the user’s original payment account.

7. Order Validity and Modification Rules

After the user places an order and completes the payment, the order is officially valid, and both parties of the transaction shall perform the transaction obligations in accordance with these terms. After the order is confirmed, the user shall not modify the order information at will. If there is a need to modify the recipient information and product information due to special circumstances, the user needs to submit an application through the official service channel in a timely manner before the order is shipped, and the platform will assist in processing it according to the actual situation. No modification is allowed after the order is shipped.

8. Transaction Risk Tips

Users shall ensure that the personal information, recipient information and payment information submitted during the order placement process are true, accurate and valid, so as to avoid order processing failure, logistics delivery error and fund transaction abnormality caused by false or wrong information. Users shall abide by the platform transaction rules and relevant national and regional consumption regulations, and shall not use the platform for illegal transactions and improper shopping behaviors. The platform has the right to intercept and process abnormal orders that violate the transaction rules.

9. Term Update and Interpretation

We reserve the right to update and interpret these Terms of Purchase. According to the platform operation optimization and service upgrade, we can adjust and optimize the terms content appropriately. The updated terms will be published on the official website page in a timely manner and take effect automatically after publication. Subsequent user transactions will be implemented in accordance with the latest terms provisions.
