1. Policy Overview

This Refund Policy is formulated to standardize the platform’s refund processing rules, clarify the refund conditions, processing cycle and rights and obligations of both parties, and ensure that all user refund applications can be processed fairly, transparently and efficiently. This policy applies to all product purchase orders generated on our official website. All users who place orders on the platform and apply for refunds shall abide by the provisions of this policy. We are committed to providing standardized and humanized refund services for users, fully protecting users’ legitimate consumption rights and interests, and solving users’ shopping worries.

2. Refund Application Conditions

We support users to apply for returns and refunds within a valid time limit. All products purchased on the platform can apply for return and refund services within 60 days from the date of order completion. To ensure the smooth processing of refund applications, the returned products need to meet the unified return standards: the product is unused, unwashed, intact and free of man-made damage; the original product packaging, accessories and labels are complete and undamaged; the product has no obvious use traces, odor pollution and appearance damage. If the product has quality problems, damage during transportation, wrong delivery and other abnormal situations caused by the platform side, users can apply for refunds in accordance with the rules, and we will bear the corresponding processing responsibility.
Applications that do not meet the refund conditions include: products that exceed the valid 60-day return and refund period; products with man-made damage, missing accessories, damaged packaging and obvious use traces; customized products and special promotional products that are marked as non-refundable; products damaged due to user’s improper storage and use. The platform has the right to verify the returned products, and refund applications that do not meet the conditions will not be approved.

3. Refund Processing Cycle

After the user submits a valid return application and sends back the products in accordance with the specified process, we will inspect and verify the returned products within a timely manner after receiving the goods. For the returned products that pass the verification and meet the refund standards, we will officially start the refund process. The unified refund processing cycle is 5 to 10 working days. After the refund is completed, the fund will be fully returned to the user’s original payment account. The arrival time of the refund fund shall be subject to the processing cycle of the user’s payment channel, and we will actively cooperate with the payment institution to promote the timely arrival of the refund.

4. Refund Amount Standard

For all valid refund applications that meet the policy provisions, we will implement full refund processing. The refund amount is based on the actual payment amount of the user’s order. Since the platform provides free global shipping and full tariff bearing services, there is no need for users to bear any additional fees, and no additional deduction will be made in the refund process. For orders with platform discounts and preferential activities, the refund amount shall be subject to the actual amount paid by the user after the discount. No hidden fees and handling fees will be deducted in the whole refund process.

5. Abnormal Order Refund Processing

For orders with abnormal situations such as product quality problems, transportation damage and platform wrong delivery, we will take the initiative to bear the responsibility and provide free return and full refund services for users. Users do not need to bear any costs arising from abnormal order problems. We will optimize the processing efficiency of abnormal orders to ensure that users’ rights and interests are fully protected. For the refund problems caused by user’s personal reasons such as wrong purchase and inappropriate style, we will also process full refunds in accordance with the policy rules on the premise that the products meet the return standards.

6. Refund Application Process

Users who need to apply for a refund shall complete the application in accordance with the standardized process. First, users need to submit a return and refund application through the official service channel within the valid return period, and provide relevant order information and product situation description. After our review and approval, users will get the return address and return instructions. Users need to send back the products in accordance with the specified requirements, and keep the return logistics voucher. After we receive and verify the products, we will complete the refund processing within the specified cycle. All refund operations must be completed through the official platform channel, and we do not recognize any private refund transactions.

7. Policy Explanation and Update

All refund related behaviors of the platform shall be subject to this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to interpret and update this policy. When the policy is adjusted and optimized, the latest policy content will be published on the official website page in a timely manner. The updated policy will take effect immediately after publication, and subsequent user refund applications will be processed in accordance with the latest policy standards.
